Our Business Ethics - Your peace of mind

AACS operates in accordance with a number of guiding principles

We will provide our client with appropriate and timely information about the processes we use to provide the services you contract us for.

We will operate in full awareness that our client deserves value for money and we will therefore always strive to use the most cost-effective means for delivering services.

We will only assign personnel who are competent in the areas where we provide services. We will not offer to provide services for which competence is not held or is unavailable.

Our clients' information is treated as commercial-in-confidence at all times and we therefore undertake to maintain systems to ensure confidentiality. We will not disclose clients' information to third parties without written authorization unless we are required to do so by law in which case we will inform our client accordingly.

We will base our findings and advice on objective evidence with no pre-conceptions or agendas. We do not trade in off-the-shelf solutions; every client's system is unique and deserves a unique approach.

AACS is fully aware of the need to provide services impartially and will immediately advise our client if there is any actual or perceived conflict of interest in providing services.

Our undertaking to all our clients is to always abide by these principles and to promptly disclose anything that may affect our ability to maintain them.
